Product Designer
What does your next step sound like?
About us
Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our MX (Music Experience) team at Soundtrack. You’ll play a key role in shaping how users create, organise and enjoy music in our product.
This role combines UX and UI, and you’ll work end-to-end — from understanding user needs and exploring solutions to delivering polished, production-ready design. You’ll collaborate closely with our designers, developers and music curators who create and manage the playlists inside the product.
This is a fixed-term role of approximately 9 months to cover a parental leave, with a strong possibility for extension or a permanent role if the match is right.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX work: explore user needs, map interactions, and design clear user flows
- Create lo-fi wireframes, concepts and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Test and iterate on solutions based on insights and team feedback
- Deliver high-quality UI and take designs all the way to implementation
- Collaborate with engineers, PM and music curators to improve the music experience
- Contribute to our design system and maintain visual consistency
- Work across both larger product initiatives and smaller, hands-on visual design tasks
About You
You’re strong in both UX and UI and enjoy working from early discovery and problem-solving all the way to final visual design. You’re collaborative, detail-oriented and comfortable working closely with product, engineering and creative roles. You appreciate fast iteration, clear communication and a humble, open mindset.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Proficiency in Figma
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and self-leadership
- Fluent in English
Beneficial Requirements
- Experience working in SaaS, start-up or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with B2B products
Employee Benefits
- We offer a flexible workplace with the possibility to work remotely
- Generous pension plan
- Yearly budget for health, wellness and personal development
- Laptop and mobile phone of your choice with included cellular subscription
- Regular social activities such as team events, meet ups, after works and off-sites
- Daily breakfast served at the office
