The Role
We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator who will keep our Stockholm office running smoothly and help create an inspiring and welcoming environment for everyone at Soundtrack. You will also be involved in the set-up of our new Hub In New York, including occational travel.
You’ll be the go-to person for everything from daily operations to IT coordination, office logistics and event support.
Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate day-to-day office operations and events
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
Handle office contacts such as external service providers and our office provider (Convendum)
Coordinate access cards, phone subscriptions, laptop/phone orders and inventory
Provide technical support for employees (Google Meet, network setup, etc.)
Set up and host large internal meetings
Support with offsite/conference/event logistics
Maintain a welcoming and well-stocked office with fruit, snacks and drinks
Identify opportunities to improve processes and create a great workplace experience
About You
You share our belief in the impact of music. You're collaborative and open, and you know how to balance working independently with being a strong team player.
You’re the kind of person who naturally takes initiative, keeps things organized, and enjoys helping others. You have a hands-on approach and aren’t afraid to solve problems.
Requirements
1 or more years of experience in an office coordinating, operations or administrative role
Deep interest in & general IT knowledge - bonus if you have experience with any of the following:
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive and service-minded attitude
Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
