The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Partner Activation Manager to join our Partnerships team. This is a brand-new, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for activating and scaling our partner base through data-driven processes, automation and digital initiatives.
Your focus will be on building structure and scalability in how partners are onboarded, segmented and supported – ensuring that more partners quickly succeed in their collaboration with Soundtrack. The role is primarily analytical and process-driven, while also requiring the ability to build strong relationships as part of driving partner success and long-term development.
Responsibilities
- Map, analyze and optimize the partner funnel using CRM and other data sources
- Build scalable processes and automations to increase partner activation and growth
- Create segmentation and tailored strategies for different partner levels
- Develop digital campaigns and content to drive partner adoption and engagement
- Build dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into partner performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and partner experience at scale
About You
You’re entrepreneurial and data-driven, but also thrive in a collaborative environment. We believe you recognize yourself as curious, structured and proactive – someone who enjoys building scalable ways of working and turning data into actionable insights.
You likely describe yourself as:
- Partner centric – understanding the value of partnerships, distributed sales and channel models
- Technically skilled, process-oriented, and enjoying working with products
- Analytical and experimental, not afraid of testing new things
- Experienced in driving scalability and improving partner experience using digital tools, automations and AI
- Comfortable with prioritizing and driving projects from start to finish together with various stakeholders
- Able to work independently, take initiative and plan your own time, while also wanting to succeed as part of a team
Requirements
- Experience working with data and analysis, ideally in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Background in B2B and partner business, ideally within SaaS or tech
- Relevant degree in business, economics, engineering or similar – or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Analytical, structured and self-driven
- Experience in building scalable processes and automation
