Senior Frontend Developer Revenue Engineering
What does your next step sound like?
About us
Soundtrack Your Brand is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services to more than 50,000 businesses in over 70 countries, from the café around the corner to bigger brands like McDonald's, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer.
The company consists of 100+ talented, motivated and humble employees. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion. Our headquarters are located in central Stockholm (Odenplan).
The role
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Revenue Engineering team.
The team is responsible for subscription & account management, checkout, product packaging & expansion/upsell.
As a senior frontend developer, you will be involved in the whole feature development lifecycle from ideation to implementation, in close collaboration with other engineers, product owners, UX/UI designers and analysts. You will help ensure that our customers, whether small business owners or enterprise clients, have a smooth journey from onboarding to expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our web and mobile clients, collaborating closely with designers
- Work on multiple frontend codebases, optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Build and refine APIs to support subscription and account management
- Ensure our client applications remain performant, reliable and cost-efficient
- Run A/B tests end-to-end with the analytics team to iterate on functionality
- Contribute to a supportive, knowledge-sharing team culture
About you
We believe that great engineers come from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
You're someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoying the process of solving problems as part of a team. With a curious and open mindset, you're always eager to learn, explore new ideas, and embrace challenges.
You know how to prioritize and adapt in a fast-moving setting while keeping sight of the bigger picture. Open communication is important to you, and you feel comfortable both giving and receiving constructive feedback in a supportive and respectful way.
With at least five years of experience as a frontend engineer, you have worked with web frameworks, large codebases, and A/B testing, bringing both technical expertise and a growth-oriented approach to your work. For the right person, this role also has strong potential to evolve into a team lead position, which is why we see prior leadership experience as an important asset.
Your experience
- 5+ years of proven experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and JavaScript in large scale codebases
- Professional experience with React and, preferably, React Native
- Hands on experience with Git, Node, (p)npm and RN/browser dev tools
- Experience building and consuming GraphQL and REST APIs.
- Experience with automated testing (e.g Jest/Vitest and Playwright)
- Experience running A/B tests in collaboration with product/analyst teams
- Previous leadership experience, for example team management, project leadership or coordinating cross-functional work
Employee benefits
- Flexible work setup with the possibility to work remotely
- Generous pension plan
- Yearly budget for health, wellness and personal development
- Laptop and mobile phone of your choice with included cellular subscription
- Regular social activities such as team events, meet ups, after works and off-sites
- Breakfast every day (Stockholm office)
