The Role
We’re looking for a Partner Onboarding Manager to join the Partnerships team at Soundtrack. The team plays a key role in expanding and strengthening our global partner network and is responsible for enabling partners to successfully sell and deliver Soundtrack to their customers.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new partners joining the Soundtrack partner program. You’ll guide AV integrators, technology resellers and music curators through onboarding, helping them understand the platform, partner offering and how Soundtrack can create value for their business and customers.
You’ll work closely with Partner Success Managers and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and identify high-potential partners for future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Lead onboarding sessions and product demos for new partners
Demonstrate the Soundtrack platform and partner program in a clear and engaging way
Support partners through setup, activation and early-stage questions
Evaluate partner fit, engagement and growth potential
Identify high-potential partners and ensure smooth handover to Partner Success Managers
Collaborate closely with Partner Success Managers and the Partnerships team
Maintain accurate onboarding data and CRM documentation in HubSpot and internal tools
Continuously improve onboarding material and processes based on partner feedback
About You

Requirements
Comfortable in leading meetings and product demos over video calls
Experience in onboarding, customer success, account management or partner-related roles
Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar
Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken
Based in Stockholm, Sweden
Beneficial Requirements
Experience from SaaS, ProAV or partner/channel-driven businesses
Additional language skills such as German, French or Spanish
Familiarity with AV integrators, resellers or the music industry
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
