The Role
We are looking for a Social Media Manager to take the reins of our global organic social media presence. You won’t just be posting content; you will be curating our brand story and turning our channels into a source of inspiration for business owners, music lovers, and tastemakers alike.
You’ll be the first in this role at Soundtrack, so there is a need for hands-on execution in everything from strategy, to content production and posting, and community management. This is a role for a builder. We need someone who has successfully scaled organic social for a global brand and understands how to build relevance across different markets and cultures. You know how to marry high-end aesthetics with hard data, ensuring that every piece of content not only looks incredible, but also drives growth in our social channels.
In addition, you’ll also manage our social influencer and creator partnerships in collaboration with the Paid Media Manager, and a thought leadership strategy promoting our CEO as the face of Soundtrack to our target audience.
If you are ready to shape the voice of a brand that sits at the intersection of music, design, and technology, we want to hear from you. This role reports to the Director of Brand Marketing, with lateral reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and drive a social content strategy that converts followers into brand advocates.
Manage the social content calendar, aligning all posts with business priorities, product launches, and marketing goals – driving awareness and engagement.

Collaborate with designers and external partners to produce content that captures the unique "Soundtrack" aesthetic.
Implement and utilize social management tools for efficient cross-platform scheduling and community management.
Engage with the community to source user-generated content (UGC) and amplify brand advocacy.
Own all social communications and proactively participate in relevant social conversations with people and brands.
Identify and manage partnerships with influencers and creators that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand.
Manage the CEO’s social thought leadership strategy, overseeing content production and active engagement on their handles.
Report on monthly social performance metrics, translating data into actionable growth insights.
Use AI to automate or make workflows more efficient in various areas, including creative production and community management.
About You
Just like us, you love music. You're driven and entrepreneurial, but you know how to be a team player too. Regardless of roles, we're always looking to work with people who can adapt to constant change, prioritise what's important, stay humble, open, curious and with a passion for details.
Requirements
5+ years leading organic social strategy and growth, ideally within music or B2B SaaS.
Ability to build scalable processes that balance rapid execution with creative quality and brand integrity.
Expert knowledge of strategy, metrics, and best practices across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
