RevOps System Specialist
What does your next step sound like?
About us
Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join and strengthen our RevOps function – which until now has been a team of one. You will be part of the Analytics team, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue to ensure our commercial teams have the tools, insights, and structure to grow efficiently.
This is a hands-on role focused on system ownership, process optimisation, and data accuracy – primarily in HubSpot and its connected tools. You’ll help design and improve the foundations of how we acquire, convert, retain, and grow customers. As we scale, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Revenue Operations evolves.
Responsibilities
- Ensure correct data setup and
management across HubSpot and connected tools.
- Act as CRM Administrator, with
HubSpot as your main platform.
- Build, document, and optimise workflows, automations, and playbooks to support Sales, Success and Marketing processes.
- Run training and change management initiatives to increase adoption and consistency.
- Build and optimize workflows and automations within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Analytics to ensure data models, reporting, and dashboards are reliable and actionable.
- Support go-to-market teams with system troubleshooting, process improvements, and user enablement.
About You
Just like us, you love music. You’re a structured and curious problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots between data, people, and processes that make life easier for go-to-market teams. You’re just as comfortable inside HubSpot settings as you are talking to a salesperson about their pipeline or mapping a customer lifecycle with Marketing.
You thrive in environments where not everything is figured out yet. You like to build, improve, and challenge how things work – while staying humble, collaborative, and focused on impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales/Marketing/Success Ops, CRM administration or similar operational role.
- Hands-on experience working with HubSpot – Sales Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, Data Hub (workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, CRM setup, campaigns).
- Comfortable working with structured data in Excel/Google Sheets or similar.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate processes into system workflows.
- Experience supporting commercial teams (Sales, CS or Marketing) in operational/system-related topics.
Beneficial
- Experience from SaaS, scale-up,
or start-up environments.
- SQL skills are a plus, being
self-sufficient technically is important.
- Experience with Python or Java
for automation or HubSpot APIs.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Intercom, Zendesk, or data warehouses (BigQuery).
Employee Benefits
- We offer a flexible workplace with the possibility to work remotely
- Generous pension plan
- Yearly budget for health, wellness and personal development
- Laptop and mobile phone of your choice with included cellular subscription
- Regular social activities such as team events, meet ups, after works and off-sites
- Daily breakfast served at the office
