The Role
We are seeking an exceptional and highly strategic Chief of Staff to partner directly with our CEO & Chairman. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can seamlessly bridge strategic vision with operational execution. As Chief of Staff, you will be instrumental in maximizing the effectiveness of our CEO & Chairman and the broader leadership team, driving key strategic initiatives, and ensuring organizational alignment as we scale. Responsibilities
- Support the CEO & Chairman in executing corporate and business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and communication of strategic priorities across the organization.
- Manage the CEO & Chairman’s board responsibilities, meetings, and high-level communications.
- Conduct market research and business analysis to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Streamline operational processes and workflows across departments to improve efficiency and collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional projects from inception to completion, identifying and removing obstacles.
- Act as the main point of contact and communication liaison between the CEO & Chairman, leadership team, and external stakeholders.
- Lead special strategic projects and initiatives that span multiple functions, requiring coordination and management.
- Travel regularly to meet with external partners.
About You
You’re a highly self-motivated individual who takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You work hard, drive results, and take initiative. You also understand the importance of collaborating with external partners, particularly in the US market, and have the experience to manage complex relationships and projects effectively. You are able to operate independently at a senior level, with the discipline and judgment to set your own priorities and deliver without constant direction.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in law is a plus.
- 5+ years in top tier strategic consulting (e.g Mckinsey, BCG, Bain & Co), investment banking, venture capital, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS or tech company.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills with proven ability to drive complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SaaS and business dynamics; experience in music industry is a plus.
- Highly adaptable, resourceful, and proficient in Google Workspace, with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
