Senior Revenue Analyst
Are you passionate about data, revenue growth, and go-to-market strategy? Do you love working with cross-functional teams to drive growth and optimization? This could be the role for you!
About us
Soundtrack is a B2B scale-up company providing music streaming services for businesses. We serve small customers like the café around the corner, and much bigger brands like Joe & the Juice, Toni & Guy and TAG Heuer. On the inside, we're a bunch of talented, motivated and humble designers, engineers and music experts. We believe in product-led growth, where the product is the primary driver of customer acquisition, conversion and expansion.
The Role
As a Senior Revenue Analyst, you’ll be a strategic partner to our Sales and Revenue teams. Your work will directly influence how we price, package, and grow our offerings. You’ll help us understand how to drive upsell and cross-sell, and develop the signals that indicate long-term customer success and engagement.
This role blends analytical depth with commercial impact. You’ll be part of a nimble Analytics team and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue teams. You’ll also regularly present insights to our leadership team and help shape our revenue strategy — we expect your footprint to be big!
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to analyze funnel performance, revenue expansion, and customer lifecycle metrics
- Identify signals of post-trial customer success and activation
- Drive insights into pricing and packaging strategies, including discounting trends and margin impact
- Support upsell and cross-sell initiatives by identifying target segments and success patterns
- Develop scalable dashboards and reports to track key sales and customer success KPIs
- Perform cohort and funnel analysis to understand expansion and retention dynamics
- Help establish frameworks to measure success of strategic GTM initiatives
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to create a holistic view of customer engagement
